Capella Washington DC was once an office building in Georgetown that has since been transformed into a luxurious urban escape. Inspired by the rich history of American architecture, its design seamlessly fuses both modern and classic, through touches of original contemporary art and furniture blending in with the classic brownstone building's industrial exterior.

The interior features a palette of pewter and gold tones, with modern finishes such as parquet floors reclaimed from a European schloss, bespoke furnishings imported from Europe, and a curated collection of contemporary art. While all of the 49 rooms and suites were designed in a lavish residential style, each one has its own colour scheme and distinct character expressed through custom furnishings and thoughtful details.

Every aspect was thought through with an unwavering commitment to quality and attention to detail, from the 18-foot-high ceilings and marble fireplaces in the Living Rooms, elegant ambiance of the modern European restaurant the Grill Room, and dark-wood interiors of the clubby Rye Bar.
